Top Kawai MPA Technician visits Vale Pianos

Vale Pianos were delighted to have a top Kawai Master Piano Artisan visit them recently to finely adjust the tone of the Kawai pianos on display. This fine adjustment, brings out the maximum potential of these fantastic pianos and the results speak for themselves - beautiful sounding pianos.

MYJO at Number 8

On Saturday 13th March, Vale Pianos hosted a hugely successful afternoon of musical fun at the Number 8 Theatre. Piano teachers came with their talented young pupils, playing a wide variety of pieces on stage and admission was free for anyone to come in and listen to them perform. The afternoon featured pianos on display in the Dance Studio with many requests for the free piano taster lessons and lots of children enjoying the free colouring competition. At 3pm, Jo Jingles gave a free musical session with pre-school children enthusiastically joining in with their lively music. The afternoon had an excellent atmosphere as visitors of all ages enjoyed all there was to see and do.

 Cheque presentation

The evening's entertainment saw MYJO - the Midland Youth Jazz Orchestra wow the audience with their energetic and enthusiastic performance and in doing so, helped Vale Pianos raise £1125 for St Richards Hospice with an extra £207 being raised through a raffle and collection boxes.

A big ‘thank you' to the 175 people who came along to see MYJO perform and help raise this large sum for such a worthy cause. It was a great occasion and marvellous to see so many talented young musicians.
