Our service does not stop with your purchase. Pianos are complex instruments there are over 5000 moving parts in them. If there are any settling in adjustments with your piano we will quickly send out one of our technicians.

 

Tuning
Under normal domestic conditions, your piano should be tuned twice a year. Our qualified piano tuners cover most of the midlands. If you would like to book a tuning with us, please call 01386 860419.
   

Repairs and restoration
Our team of technicians are very capable of carrying out a wide range of work, from small repairs in your own home, through to major rebuilding of your piano in our workshop.

Piano moving service
We also offer a comprehensive piano moving service, please phone for details. We recommend that your piano be tuned 3 to 5 weeks after the move to allow the piano to acclimatise to its new environment, thus making the tuning more stable.

   

Piano lessons
Piano lessons are available at Vale Pianos, or if you live further away we can recommend a teacher. Please phone for availability.

PianoDisc Systems
PianoDisc is a digital pianola system, whereby the keys of the piano are moved so that the piano can play itself. This is an amazing sight and provides beautiful real piano music in your own home or in public places where background music is required. We are approved PianoDisc system installers and can fit the system to our new pianos or you can have it fitted to any good quality piano.
